Terms of Service & Policies

These Terms of Service and Policies ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VioBoost website and services at vioboost.com (the "Platform"), operated by VioBoost ("VioBoost", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Lagos, Nigeria.

By creating an account, funding your wallet, or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • Platform — the VioBoost website, dashboard, and related services.
  • Services — the two services we offer: (a) the Social Boost service (social media engagement such as followers, likes, views, and comments), and (b) the Accounts Marketplace (the "Buy Account" service, where verified social media accounts are made available for purchase).
  • Wallet — your prepaid balance on the Platform, held and displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦), used to pay for orders.
  • Order — any request you submit for a Service.
  • Provider — a third-party supplier whose services or inventory we use to fulfil your Order.
  • Target Platform — the social media network an Order relates to (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram).

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform.
  2. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
  3. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your login details secure. Notify us immediately at support@vioboost.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  4. One person or business should maintain a single account unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

3. Wallet, Deposits & Pricing

  1. All prices on the Platform are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (₦).
  2. To place Orders, you first add funds to your Wallet. The minimum deposit is ₦2,000 (this amount may be updated from time to time, and the current minimum will always be shown at the point of deposit).
  3. Wallet funds are prepaid credit for use on the Platform. They are non-transferable to other users and earn no interest.
  4. Wallet funds are intended for use on the Platform and are not withdrawable back to your original payment method, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
  5. Prices may change at any time due to changes in Provider costs or exchange rates. The price shown at the moment you confirm an Order is the price that applies to that Order.
  6. You are responsible for paying using a legitimate payment method that belongs to you. Fraudulent payments or chargebacks may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of your balance.

4. Social Boost Service

  1. The Social Boost service delivers social media engagement to a link or profile you provide, using third-party Providers.
  2. Your responsibilities when ordering:
    • Provide the correct link or profile URL for the Target Platform. Orders placed against a wrong or invalid link cannot be refunded once submitted to the Provider.
    • Keep the relevant account/profile public and do not change your username, set the account to private, or delete the post while an Order is in progress. Doing so may cause the Order to fail, and such failures are not refundable.
  3. Delivery times shown are estimates only and can vary depending on the Provider and the Target Platform.
  4. No guarantee of permanence. Engagement delivered by Providers can sometimes drop over time due to the Target Platform's own systems. Where a Provider offers a refill or guarantee period for a particular service, we will pass on that guarantee as described on the relevant service. Where no guarantee is stated, drops are not refundable.
  5. Platform-rules risk. Buying engagement may be against the rules of the Target Platform. You use the Social Boost service at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any action the Target Platform takes against any account (including warnings, restrictions, or bans). VioBoost is not responsible for such actions.
  6. You may only order engagement for accounts and content that you own or are authorised to promote, and that are lawful.

5. Accounts Marketplace ("Buy Account")

  1. The Accounts Marketplace lets you purchase social media accounts listed on the Platform. Listings show details such as platform, follower/subscriber counts, and price in Naira.
  2. Delivery. After successful payment, account login details are delivered to you through the Platform. You must change the password and all recovery details (email, phone, etc.) immediately upon receipt to secure the account.
  3. "As-is" basis. Accounts are sold on an "as-is" basis based on the information available at the time of listing. Follower counts, engagement, and other metrics can change and are not guaranteed to remain constant after purchase.
  4. Proxy / login-location requirement. Most accounts are created and verified in a specific country. To reduce the risk of an account being flagged, locked, or banned, you must log in using a proxy or IP address from the same country the account belongs to. Logging in from a mismatched location is one of the most common causes of account bans, and is treated as buyer activity — accounts lost this way are not covered by any replacement or refund.
  5. Important platform-rules risk. Many social media networks prohibit the buying, selling, or transfer of accounts under their own terms of service. Purchasing or operating a transferred account may carry a risk of suspension or permanent ban by the Target Platform. You acknowledge and accept this risk. VioBoost does not control the Target Platforms and is not liable for any suspension, recovery, or ban of a purchased account after delivery.
  6. Legitimacy. We do not knowingly facilitate the sale of stolen, hacked, or unlawfully obtained accounts. If you believe an account was sold to you unlawfully, contact us immediately.
  7. Replacement / refund — pre-login only, within 48 hours. A replacement or refund is available only for an account that fails to log in, or shows as suspended/banned, before your first successful login. To qualify, you must:
    • report the problem to us by clicking "Report account" on the order, or using the live chat option to get in touch with us, within 48 hours of delivery, and
    • not attempt further logins or change any credentials after the issue appears.
    Within that window we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund to your Wallet. Once an account has been successfully logged into or used, all risk passes to you — no refund or replacement is issued for accounts that worked initially but were later restricted or banned (including bans caused by logging in without a country-matched proxy, automation, or policy violations).

6. Refunds & Cancellations Policy

  1. Where refunds apply, they are credited to your VioBoost Wallet as balance for future use, rather than returned to your original payment method.
  2. Social Boost orders:
    • If an Order fails completely through no fault of yours, the amount is refunded to your Wallet.
    • If an Order is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to your Wallet.
    • Orders that complete correctly, or that fail because of incorrect details you supplied (wrong link, private account, changed username, deleted post), are not refundable.
    • Orders already submitted to and being processed by a Provider generally cannot be cancelled.
  3. Marketplace orders: covered only as set out in Section 5.7 — failed/pre-login accounts reported within 48 hours. After a successful login, sales are final.
  4. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind once a Service has been delivered or is in progress.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Promote, boost, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
  • Order engagement for, or attempt to sell, any account or content involving the exploitation or endangerment of minors.
  • Buy, sell, or transfer accounts that are stolen, hacked, or otherwise unlawfully obtained.
  • Use any Service for fraud, phishing, spam, mass-mailing, or automated scraping.
  • Use the Services to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts or data, or our systems; probe or test our security; or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Platform except as expressly permitted.
  • Submit fraudulent payments or initiate dishonest chargebacks.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any Order or listing that we believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

8. Suspension & Termination

  1. We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel Orders, and/or withhold balance if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or used the Platform unlawfully.
  2. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Any outstanding Orders at that time will continue to be governed by these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & No Affiliation

  1. The Platform and Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We work to deliver Orders reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, since we depend on third-party Providers and Target Platforms outside our control.
  2. VioBoost is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, or any other social media network. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, VioBoost, its owners, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss, suspension, restriction, or ban of any social media account or content arising from your use of the Services. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy (available on the Platform), which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it, in line with applicable Nigerian data protection law (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act). We do not sell your personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always the one published on the Platform. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
